Why is the elevator guide rail installed on the bracket can only be fixed by pressing plate, not by welding or punching with bolts?

Reverse lift: why is the rail connected and fixed without reuse welding? Why is the bridge butt joint not directly cast or welded directly into the whole plate?

The elevator guide rail is fixed by the fixed bracket through the bolt and fixed by the pressing plate, which is stipulated in the current elevator installation process and has been approved. The welding point has fatigue, and the bolt falls off and breaks under vibration.

The seasonal temperature difference on the earth is easy to cause the thermal expansion and cold contraction of the guide rail. When the guide rail is butt jointed, there is a gap, usually no more than 0.5 ~ 1 mm (different types of guide rails have different requirements). The main reason is to consider the expansion and contraction of the guide rail due to seasonal reasons. Therefore, the ZD guide rail can not be welded.
